A friend posted a little reminder as we are coming up on the holidays and spending time with friends and family.
I suggest taking that ten-minute break and starting a tradition like we will be doing by taking a few photos. Then, disconnect from technology and fully engage and connect with your loved ones without distractions.
I am typing word for word what was posted because I love it so much. I do not get credit for this writing; it is not mine, but I want to ensure this is a holiday family tradition.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I just want to remind you now so you’ll take care of this
before Thanksgiving.
Buy the little tripod for your phone or camera.
Take it in the living room
on the couch or go outside; It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Even if you weigh more than you like, your outfits aren’t coordinated, or your kids got food on their clothes.
Take the photos because death is a thief.
It snatches people away without warning and none of the silly stuff matters.
Just take the photos!
